By accessing or using AssetChain (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AssetChain is a non-custodial interface to permissionless smart contracts that lock tokens on BNB Smart Chain and mint corresponding tokens on Base. We provide software; we do not provide custody, exchange, brokerage, or financial services.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including sanctions and tax laws.

Your responsibility

• You control your own wallet and keys; we never do.
• You are responsible for the transactions you sign and the tokens you choose to bridge.
• You accept all risks described in the risk disclaimer.

Fees

Bridging and onboarding incur protocol fees and network gas, displayed before you confirm. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted.

No endorsement

Tokens listed via permissionless onboarding are not vetted, endorsed, or recommended by AssetChain.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetChain and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service, smart-contract failures, or third-party actions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
